Schlechta
I found that Schlechta is also a spelling of the name Šlechta. The Czech spelling of Slechta is Šlechta. The Š has a Sch in the Czech language. From information I have been given, Schlechta is the Latin spelling of the name. So Šlechta, Schlechta and Slechta are the same name and would have the same origin.
